What is the wristband for?
The Test Ton Verre® wristband is a wrist-worn prevention tool. When used according to the instructions, its test areas provide a targeted indication for GHB and ketamine.
How should distribution be organised?
At an event, the wristband should be distributed with a short, visible and consistent explanation covering use, reading time, limitations and the designated contact person.
What does a suspicious result mean?
A suspicious result means the drink should not be consumed, the person should be moved to safety and the venue protocol should be followed. The test is not toxicological evidence.
What the wristband cannot do
It does not detect every substance, cannot guarantee that a drink is safe and must never shift responsibility for prevention onto the public or potential victims.
